Before becoming a full-time real estate professional, Kim spent 25 years working in computer science and accounting within the commercial real estate industry — experience that gave her a unique edge and strong foundation in real estate.
In 2013, Kim acquired her real estate license and quickly made her mark. By 2017, she earned the #1 spot on NAMAR’s list of top individual agents and has remained a leading force in the Atlanta real estate market. Kim is known for her professionalism, dedication, and unmatched local expertise in advising clients, whether they’re buying their first home, listing a luxury property, or investing for the future.
Kim resides in Suwanee with her husband and also spends part of the year at her second home in Bradenton, Florida. Her love for both communities keeps her closely connected to the lifestyles and opportunities that make them special.

Harry brings a unique blend of legal expertise, market insight, and design eye to every real estate transaction. His journey into real estate began while attending Columbia Law School in New York City, where he discovered his passion for property, contracts, and negotiation. In 2016, Harry made the decision to leave law school and return to his hometown of Atlanta to pursue a career in real estate.
Joining Kim, Harry quickly became an integral part of the team. Together, they rose to become one of the most successful real estate teams in the North Atlanta metro area — earning the prestigious distinction of NAMAR’s #1 Small Team by 2022.
Harry’s natural grasp of real estate law and contracts positioned him to manage the team’s closings, a role that inspired him to take the next step and became the founding broker of Parmenter Realty, where he continues to guide clients with a combination of legal precision and market knowledge.
Beyond transactions, Harry is also deeply passionate about home design. In 2021, he founded Harry Young Design, an interior design firm whose projects have been featured in publications such as Architectural Digest and Luxe Magazine. His eye for interiors gives clients an extra edge when buying, selling, or preparing their homes for the market.
Harry resides in Atlanta and maintains a deep connection to New York City as a frequent visitor.
